Do I need to open an account in order to shop with you?
No, you don’t need to. You can make purchases and check out as a guest every time. However, by setting up an account, you can order without having to enter your details every time.
How do I change my email address and/or password?
You can update your e-mail address and/or password by clicking on My Account at the top right corner. Sign in and click “Edit” next to “Account Information” to update your information.
How do I order?
Shop for the items you want and add them to your shopping cart. When finished, proceed to checkout.
Can I return items?
Refunds are not possible at the moment, but exchanges for size or items are possible within 14 days from purchase.
Payment & Shipping
How long will it take for me to receive my order?
The standard courier delivery time is within 2-3 working days inside Cairo & Giza and 3-5 working days to other governorates, excluding weekends and public holidays. Time stated is based on Cairo Local Time.
How much will I pay for shipping?
Standard shipping is 50 EGP in Cairo and may reach 65 EGP in other governorates. If your order is above 2000 EGP, you will receive free shipping.
How can I ship to an address different than my billing address?
Yes, you can. Just enter the address you want to ship to in the shipping address fields at checkout.
How do I pay for my orders?
All orders placed in Egypt can be paid cash on delivery or by Credit Card on the website.
